Lagoon Seascape, by Mike Jackobo

An early morning seascape at Mesolonghi Lagoon. I don’t have many things to write about this lagoon seascape. The perfectly still waters created a perfect base for photography because of the reflections they produced. The wooden structure was mysterious enough as the foreground subject. Most importantly though, the building in the background was the main reason I made this photo.

The building is the church of Agia Triada. The location, deep in the lagoon, fascinated me and I wanted to include it in as many shots as possible. The composition I created by the wooden structure, the strip of land, and the building was ideal. That is the reason why I decided to present this seascape as today’s post.
